Bottomless Brewing

The triple entendre referenced in this fantastic micro-brewery is really named for the unfathomable depths of Seneca Lake (scientifically, it's total depth is still a mystery and there are large creatures down there as well as the secret submarine base located south of Yale Manor on a platform with monster lights that shine out a warning each night) as well as the endless micro-brewing taking place onsite (the third entendre is up to you to decipher!). This converted dairy barn is a wonder to behold with its upside down shiplike hull rising over 40 feet into it's pinnacle arch. Bottomless is a must-visit while you are wandering the Seneca Wine Trail for it's architecture, brew, view, live music and occasional food trucks to die for! Located just 4.7 miles north on E. Lake Road from Yale Manor and catty-corner to Ventosa Vineyards, it's right on your way. Be sure to stop and grab a growler. (4.7 miles)
